PEEK film is a special polymer material with excellent physical and chemical properties and a wide range of applications.
PEEK film is a film made of polyetheretherketone (PEEK for short). PEEK is a semi-crystalline polymer material with the characteristics of high temperature resistance, self-lubrication, chemical corrosion resistance, radiation resistance, easy processing, small thermal expansion coefficient, and good dimensional stability. Its melting point is 343℃, the load heat deformation temperature is as high as 315℃, and the instantaneous use temperature can reach 300℃. PEEK film is divided into two types: low crystallization and high crystallization. It has extremely excellent fatigue resistance and is comparable to alloy materials.
PEEK film has a wide range of applications in many fields. Due to its excellent high temperature resistance and mechanical properties, PEEK has a large number of applications in aerospace, medical equipment, industry and other fields. For example, in the aerospace field, PEEK is used as a high temperature resistant structural material; in the medical device field, PEEK is used for artificial bone to repair bone defects; in the industrial field, PEEK film is used to make high temperature resistant precision parts.
